“ I was on the hunt for Indian cuisine in Moncton, and upon a recommendation from a naturopathic masseuse, I visited Ushna. I had a craving for Chole Bature, and while the chickpea curry was slightly watery for my taste, it was still comforting. It came with a warm, puffed garlic butter naan, yogurt, mint chutney, and onions. Using the naan to scoop up the sauce made the experience so much better. We also tried the vegetable noodle burger, which was a delightful surprise! The vegetable patty was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, making for a refreshing alternative to a typical meat burger. The patty, combined with noodles, a splash of sauce, tomato, and onion in a bun, had a unique and satisfying flavor.
